In the continuous development of society,people’s living standards have gradually improved,from food and clothing to a refined well-off life.Snack food is a non-essential food that people often have when they are socializing and entertaining in leisure time,which also promotes the development of snack food enterprises.Facing the fierce market competition environment,retail enterprises must improve work efficiency and reduce enterprise costs in purchasing management in order to improve the long-term development of operating profits.This paper takes the snack food procurement management of H retail company as the research object.As the company’s core business,the improvement of procurement management capability is of great significance to the enterprise.By means of questionnaires and interviews,this paper studies the satisfaction of H Retail Company’s procurement personnel with the company’s original procurement,combined with the company’s existing actual data research,and analyzes the problems and causes of procurement management.Company H mainly has reasons such as low procurement efficiency,difficult cost control,uneven quality,and unstable supply.Based on the procurement management process theory,procurement cost control theory,quality management theory,supplier management theory,etc.,this paper uses strategic procurement,ABC classification method,and puts forward corresponding optimization strategies to optimize procurement process,strengthen cost control,and strengthen quality auditing,Improve supplier management.Through the research on the snack food procurement management of H retail company,it is hoped that it can not only help enterprises solve practical problems,but also provide some reference meanings to peer enterprises.
