With the rapid development of automation equipment manufacturing industry,the industry has put forward higher requirements for automation equipment,automation industry has ushered in its own spring.H company mainly focuses on the research and development,manufacturing,production and sales of automation equipment.In recent years,it has also made a lot of progress and achievements,constantly helping customers to solve the pain points and difficulties in the industry,and gradually becoming the leader in the industry.But H company’s project management is also has many problems,especially in project schedule management,the accumulation of experience or lack of,even at the grass-roots level project team personnel are not aware of the importance of the project schedule,so that in the stage of completion of this project is difficult to achieve progress,but also because of the progress of the control does not reach the designated position,cause the excessive cost of manpower and material resources,Make the project cost high.B40 X project is a project of manufacturing automation equipment for assembling mobile phone power chargers.Based on the theoretical knowledge of the five major process of project schedule management(start-up,planning,execution,control and closure),In this study,the critical path method(CPM),work breakdown structure(WBS),plan review technology(PERT)and critical chain method(CCM)were used to theoretically mine the progress of the project.On this basis,the buffer method was used to calculate the buffer on the task critical path.Achieve the purpose of monitoring and adjusting the project progress.In this paper,the method of project schedule management in the project management book "Project Management Knowledge System Guide" is used for reference,and the current project schedule management problems of H Company are analyzed.First of all,the background,significance and necessity of the research on schedule management of B40 X project of H Company are described.The definition,process and content of schedule management are summarized by referring to the methods of schedule management at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the introduction of the company and the general situation of THE B40 X project management of H Company,describes the current status of the B40 X project,starting from the five major processes of project schedule management.The problems occurred in the process of schedule management of B40 X project and their causes are analyzed from five dimensions.Finally,put forward the optimization scheme and can make overall planning objectives and deliverables of the standard,according to the relationship between the project management activities make work to arrange the order of the activities,estimate required for each activity on the duration of the allocation of resources,and needed resources,develop the project schedule network charts and critical path,identified before the tight relationship between project activities,Reasonably estimate the overall project duration,set the buffer zone of the key tasks of the project,control the progress of the project by using the "three-color management method",and achieve the role of progress monitoring,optimization and adjustment.This study deepens the understanding of project schedule management,which is of enlightening significance for the subsequent implementation and implementation of project schedule management,and helps to solve the problem of lack of project schedule control.
