Under the current major background of world economic and trade internationalization,my country’s cross-border trade e-commerce has become a new driving force for the development of my country’s foreign trade operations,and Chinese government departments have also introduced many favorable preferential policies to promote my country’s cross-border trade e-commerce.industry development.Through the successful experience of many large-scale exhibitions such as the "Belt and Road","ASEAN Expo",and "China Global Import Commodities Exhibition",more and more capital,enterprises and individuals have begun to join the cross-border e-commerce industry.However,compared with the mature e-commerce environment and market in China,the operation and management of export cross-border e-commerce is also more complicated,and the risks and uncertainties are also increasing with the international relations and other factors.With the rapid development of my country’s import and export cross-border e-commerce,one of the core issues of e-commerce development-issues related to operation management has become more and more prominent.Today in the post-epidemic century,it is the golden moment for this kind of e-commerce to flourish.,How to choose a suitable operation model has become the focus that all cross-border e-commerce companies must solve.The P Company was established in 2003,mainly through B2 B and B2 C operating modes to operate bulk consumer goods such as clothing,shoes and hats,and provide overseas sales,international freight forwarding,import and export customs clearance,and overseas warehousing related businesses.In 2019,Company P began to transform from a traditional B2 B foreign trade company to a B2 C cross-border e-commerce company.After two years of layout and development,Company P’s B2 C business has gradually gained a firm foothold.However,P Company is currently in the throes of transformation.Although the current cross-border e-commerce industry is developing rapidly,there are also many competitors.If you want to stand out from the crowd,you must base on the current market where P Company is located.The main macro market changes the existing operation mode and improves the e-commerce operation concept of P company.Therefore,this paper takes P company as the research object,analyzes the current problems faced by P company from the seven components of the operation model,and uses the PESTEL analysis method to mainly analyze the external environment analysis of P company in the European market,and then uses the SWOT analysis method.Analyze the current opportunities and opportunities of P Company in the cross-border e-commerce field.Look for the problems existing in the operation mode of P company,and according to the problems found,this paper will put forward the corresponding optimization plan based on the operation management theory.This article will further enrich the current theoretical application of cross-border e-commerce operation management through the combination of scientific theory and practice,and provide important guidelines for the operation and management of P enterprises.It provides a key theoretical basis for entering the global market,and will provide a corresponding reference value for the booming international peer enterprises.At the same time,this paper will also serve as a reference for many other companies involved in the EU market to raise relevant issues,and bring thoughts and inspirations to some traditional foreign trade and e-commerce companies that are preparing or starting to transform to build a management model that meets the needs of the EU market.
