As an important way to promote the industrialization of housing and construction,prefabricated building has been strongly supported and promoted by the CPC Central Committee,The State Council and governments at all levels in recent years.With the rapid development and comprehensive application of prefabricated buildings in China,prefabricated buildings have more and more advantages in low-carbon environmental protection,flexible assembly and other aspects.However,there are still many problems in the management system,project management method,design and construction application of prefabricated buildings,especially in the construction process there are still unreasonable design,low lifting efficiency,serious material waste,high cost,relatively chaotic management and so on.This paper aims to promote construction enterprises to improve production efficiency,reduce waste of manpower,materials and machines,and improve lean construction ability and project management level by establishing a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of lean construction ability for assembly construction projects.First of all,this paper introduces the development history,current situation and existing problems of prefabricated building at home and abroad.This paper expounds the basic definition,main characteristics and construction process of prefabricated construction project,and generalizes the basic concept and core idea of lean construction management.Then,based on the principle of determining the evaluation index,the theory of lean construction and references at home and abroad research and practice research,from the Angle of the construction of the prefabricated construction project and project construction from the point of view of the whole process to determine the five level evaluation index,evaluation index and 22 secondary ability of lean construction index evaluation system.Then through to the commonly used evaluation methods of comparison and selection,established the prefabricated construction project of lean construction ability evaluation model,analyzed the factors that affect the prefabricated building lean construction management,using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp),determine the weight of the primary indicators and secondary indicators,and through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,get the lean construction ability evaluation model of prefabricated construction projects.Finally,while determining the comprehensive lean construction capacity of prefabricated building projects and the lean construction capacity of each stage,the applicability and feasibility of the model are tested through typical cases,and suggestions to improve the lean construction capacity of prefabricated building projects are given based on the results of research and empirical analysis.In order to provide reference value for the future implementation of lean construction management and improvement of lean construction ability of prefabricated building projects,and hope to provide some reference for the rapid development of prefabricated building. |
