The management model of construction enterprise in our country is backwardness,the organizational structure is irrational, the shortcomings such as low efficiency andserious waste are ubiquitous. And the successful application of lean thinking andsupply chain management in other industries provides a reference for the change andinnovation of construction industry. Keeping their own advantages, reducing costsand waste, improving performance is eternal topic of enterprise, also is a hotspot ofcurrent research, various experts and scholars are concerned about it.As the core to general contractors, the paper establishes lean construction supplychain performance evaluation index system. It evaluates the run effect of theenterprise and supply chain to help find out the deficient for continuous improvementand improving their competitiveness.The paper compares lean supply chain and construction supply chain, and pointsout that there are problems of the lean supply chain and construction supply chain. Itstudies the basic theory and framework of lean construction supply chain. It studiesthe building of lean construction supply chain, analyze its process and the selection ofpartners.In view of the current research status of supply chain performance evaluation,using the literature reading method and frequency analysis method selected frequencyhigh34indicators, consulting experts, then getting six primary indexes, there are cost,quality, delivery and reliability, flexibility, sustainable and safety, information anddevelopment, and29secondary indicators. Through the questionnaire, using SPSSsoftware for date reliability analysis, validity analysis and principal componentanalysis, it finally build up lean construction supply chain performance indicatorsystem. It determines the weight of the index system through the questionnaire data.It uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate lean constructionsupply chain performance, expounds the meaning of fuzzy comprehensive evaluationmethod and its steps. It gets simulation enterprise’s performance level is3.41,between "general" and "good", through analysis of simulation enterprise’s lean construction supply chain performance level. That shows that the enterprise’ leanconstruction supply chain performance is qualified, but because of the cost indexvalue is too low, the value of the secondary indexes such as resources recycling is toolow, the performance level has not reached "better", the overall performance level isnot enough perfect, and it needs further improvement.Lean construction supply chain has the rationality, the thesis provides the basis forsubsequent research, the lean construction supply chain performance indicator systemit builds helps to solve some problems existing in the current construction, the indexsystem it establishes is reasonable, but there are still insufficient.
