| In recent years, With China's rapid development of the construction of power, the construction of the power monopoly had been broken. Electricity construction enterprises are facing significant challenges. Based on the researches on Procurement Management theories of power construction projects and comprehensive evaluation methods, the study on the comprehensive evaluation on the performance of procurement management in power construction projects (abbreviated as CPPCP) is carried out in this dissertation. Firstly the characteristics and nature of CPPCP are discussed through practical research, on the basis of which the evaluation system of CPPCP which is based on conduct performance and results performance is established. According to the analysis to five common comprehensive evaluation methods, the AHP have been fixed to decide the weight of indexes. And fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methods fixed to design the concrete procedures. Thirdly the practical application of the procurement management in power construction projects. Finally the constructive measures of the power project procurement management are suggested. |
