| The construction industry through decades of continuous development,from backward to leading level,in the scale of development and difficult projects have remarkable progress.The construction business was particularly helpful in the social,economic,and ecological,city construction,raising the employment rate and promote the People’s everyday life character.However,with decades of development,the construction industry is characterized by extensive construction methods,long construction cycle,low efficiency and heavy pollution,and uneven quality levels of construction.All of these have not met the people’s requirements for high quality.This makes it urgent for the development of the construction industry at this stage to make continuous adjustments in the whole concept and goal of architecture and the mode of construction,to adapt to the needs of people at the present stage.The new generation of information technology is being deeply integrated and affecting all fields of economic and Community development.For the development of new building industrialization under the new situation undoubtedly needs to be combined with a new generation of information technology,through comprehensively improving green energy efficiency,enhancing the level of industrial chain digitalization and accelerating intelligent development in the whole life cycle process of new building industrialization.First of all,from the perspective of intelligent construction,taking new-type building industrialization as the research object,through literature analysis,summarize the development status of new-type building industrialization and the research status of new-type building industrialization development level evaluation,and summarize the concepts and theories related to this paper.Through the analysis and summary of the existing achievements,the paper puts forward the definition and connotation explanation of the industrialization and intelligent construction of new buildings,summarizes the sustainable development theory,the whole life cycle theory,cloud matter-element and cloud theory,and lays a theoretical foundation for the establishment of follow-up index system and empirical research.Secondly,the whole life cycle of new building industrialization is divided into five stages: decision-making,design,production,construction,operation and maintenance.Combined with the connotation and concept of new building industrialization and intelligent construction,25 indicators are preliminarily sorted out and identified.Through the questionnaire survey to research of scholars and experts important degree of each index,using SPSS software to analyze the questionnaire data,through the analysis of the importance and discrete degree after 21 indexes,on this basis,through a structural equation model to analyze the fit of the index system of overall,finally complete the construction of index system.Eventually,cloud matter-element evaluation is selected by comparing the comprehensive evaluation methods,and a cloud matter-element model is constructed to evaluate the industrialization development level of new buildings from the perspective of intelligent construction.Through the questionnaire to hefei new building industrialization development level index score,combined with the weight of the index calculation,calculate the index and the level of membership of the criteria layer,get hefei new building industrialization development level of membership degree,and provide suggestions for the future development of hefei new building industrialization.Figure [4] table [29] reference [61]... |
