Evaluation Of Land Development And Utilization Based On Matter Element Model

Land is the foundation of human existence and development.China is in the stage of rapid development,with rapid urbanization and a large amount of land,and the contradiction between land resource demand and arable land protection is becoming more and more prominent.At the same time,the land development and utilization levels of different regions are uneven.This thesis try to use the matter-element analysis method to evaluate the land development and utilization of different areas in fujian province and explore the influence of land exploitation and utilization of productive factors,so as to clear land resources development and utilization of the problems existing in the process,optimizing space layout and structure of the land development and utilization of provides the basis.The study is of great significance to alleviate the contradiction of land resource shortage and realize the sustainable development of economy and society.This paper,taking 85 counties of fujian province as the research object,effectiveness of land development and utilization based on the data of the departments of land and resources,the integrated use of life cycle analysis,analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring method and other methods to construct the evaluation index system.After normalization of the evaluation criteria and related statistics,the ARCGIS spatial analysis and geostatistical method are used to draw the frequency histogram to determine the classical domain and the domain of the evaluation element.Finally,the construction of the physical model is used to evaluate the effect of land development and utilization in cities and counties of Fujian province.Study found that the matter-element model was applied to land on the exploitation and utilization of effective evaluation,can fully understand the various counties urban land development and utilization of the overall effect,and the details of all the evaluation indicators.According to the meta-model analysis,the results of land development and utilization in Fujian province are excellent.Remove the fuzhou gulou,says ha tae-keung area and CangShan zone,a total of 41 counties at the good level of land exploitation and utilization of effective and 54.51%of the total area of the province,to participate in the evaluation of the provincial total counties(81)50.61%of the total.Through single factor analysis shows that the number of part of the dynamic balance of the plow land of the wing and the quality is not high,the land development and utilization of low degree of economical and intensive,and problems such as soil and water loss in severe cases,in this paper,based on this,advances some countermeasures and Suggestions.
