Research On Data Asset Management Of Distribution Network Design Company

The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed to promote the energy revolution,accelerate digital development and build a smart energy system.Digital transformation is not only the inevitable choice to adapt to the integration trend of energy revolution and digital revolution,but also the internal requirement of improving management and services.Distribution network planning is an important part of the overall development of power grid.High-level distribution network planning can not only ensure the power supply quality and improve the operation efficiency of power grid,but also realize the optimal allocation of power grid in the future.Therefore,the digital transformation of distribution network design companies has become the primary issue of current development.However,due to the gradual expansion of the scale of the power system and the explosive growth of data,the distribution network planning company has stored a large number of drawing data and document data.These massive multi-source heterogeneous data make the company have problems such as inadequate data information processing,information difference and delay,data island and so on.Facing the current situation of planning data explosion,ordinary data management methods have been difficult to meet the needs of enterprises for information.It is more difficult for distribution network design companies to manage data,and it is more difficult for digital transformation and development.Based on the perspective of data asset management,this paper takes the distribution network planning data management as the research object,constructs the data model of the collected and processed data by using the knowledge map,realizes the in-depth mining and visual display of the data by using the data console,constructs the integrated model of distribution network planning data management,and makes an empirical analysis.On this basis,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the digital transformation of distribution network design companies,And put forward relevant suggestions.Firstly,the paper introduces the research background and significance,and discusses the research on data asset management in power industry at home and abroad.On this basis,the author analyzes the data requirements of power grid planning and design,and discusses the theories of knowledge map,data middle stage and data asset management.According to the above theoretical basis,the author analyzes the operation mechanism of knowledge map under data asset management,and constructs the collection and storage mechanism of power grid planning data based on knowledge map.Secondly,it analyzes the operation mechanism of data center under data asset management,constructs the visualization and application mechanism of power grid planning data based on data center,and finally forms the data asset management model based on knowledge map and data center.The practical analysis and research mainly evaluates the effect of the data asset management model.The practice proves that the data asset management model based on knowledge map and data center can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of distribution network planning.Finally,aiming at the problems existing in the digital transformation of distribution network planning company,the author puts forward management strategies from three aspects to lay the foundation for follow-up research.This paper proves that data asset management can effectively improve the management efficiency of planning data.At the same time,it also proves that the data management model based on the combination of knowledge map and data center can realize the deep integration,deep mining and visual display of data.The data asset management model after knowledge atlas and data integration is of great significance for the integration of heterogeneous data,in-depth data mining and visual display of data.It also lays a foundation for the digital transformation of distribution network design companies,and further optimizes the data management ability of distribution network design companies,so as to improve the work efficiency of distribution network design companies.
