The Program On The Distribution Center Of Shuohuang Railway Station

Logistics distribution is a new models of distribution and operational structure,a supply connected dot which integrate physical flow,capital flow and information flow. It is supported by modern information technology and through the integration of logistics resources to realize high efficiency of logistics,low-cost operation so as to achieve the purpose of reducting the production and business operation costs ,improving the core competence.This article through the analyzing on the development of distribution center, expatiate on the fundamental concept,functions and features of railway logistics distribution center ,bring up general principle and implementation procedures of station area distribution center ,and do a pilot study on implement of Shuohuang Railway the pattern of distribution station.Shuohuang Railway starts from Shenchi county , Shanxi Province at its west end and Huanghua port, Hebei Province at its east end. The total length is 585 km. As the second heavy-duty two-lane railway electrification , it play an active role in promoting the development of the western region, as well as socio-economic development along the railway line ,meeting the energy needs of the coastal areas, promoting the rise of the Bohai Sea economic circle and easing China's energy and transport "bottlenecks".How to ensure the safety equipment and facilities of "East West coal transported" vomitorium , provide efficient and adequate supply of materials is an important problem in Shuohuang Railway material system. In accordance with the proposed theories and methods do a pilot study on implement of Shuohuang Railway the pattern of distribution station with a view to provide a useful thinking of railway material logistics system innovation model.
