Research On The Construction And Implementation Of Data Asset Management System Of N Bank For Data Value

With the rapid development and wide popularization of various emerging technologies,the digital era has come.Digital transformation has become the mainstream trend of the current era.At the national level,the government has begun to implement the national big data strategy,integrate data into production factors,and establish the national status of data assets;From a social perspective,the rapid development of the digital era has brought a subversive impact on the development of the whole society especially in the commercial banking industry,changed the development strategy and operation mode of commercial banks,and made the development of commercial banks more refined,virtualized and intelligent.Data has become the core asset in the current era,and the value of data as an asset is constantly reflected and improved.Therefore,in the digital era,the construction of data asset management system and the effective implementation of data assets have theoretical and practical guiding significance for the construction of data asset management system of commercial banks.This study takes N bank as the research object to study the construction and implementation of data asset management system.Firstly,it combs and summarizes the concepts,theories and research literature related to data asset management;Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of digital transformation of N bank and finds various problems in data asset management of N bank through interview and investigation;Thirdly,facing the data value,it formulates the construction objectives and principles of N bank’s data asset management system,and designs the overall framework of N bank’s data asset management system including three levels of management mechanism,management process and management platform following the objectives and principles;Finally,according to the construction content of the overall framework of N bank’s data asset management system,it puts forward the specific implementation ideas and plans of the data asset management system in terms of management mechanism,operation service process,data asset management platform.This study will provide some reference value for the construction and implementation of data asset management system of N bank.This research shows that:(1)data value orientation is the key principle for the construction and implementation of N bank’s data asset management system;(2)The construction and implementation of N bank’s data asset management system will help to realize the formation and popularization of data asset culture in the whole bank,and promote the data users of the whole bank to better understand data assets and data value;(3)The construction and implementation of N bank’s data asset management system will help to realize the full-life-cycle operation and service management of data assets,promote the preservation and appreciation of data value and promote the effective play of data value;(4)The construction and implementation of N bank’s data asset management system will help to realize the online platform management of data assets and their data value,provide key channels for the exertion of data value,and reduce the professional threshold for business managers to use data assets.
