The Impact Of Asset-light Operation Model On Corporate Financial Performanc

The home appliance industry is a dominant industry in my country’s manufacturing industry.In recent years,under the influence of economic globalization,many foreign manufacturers have quickly seized the domestic market,making domestic home appliance manufacturers face fierce competition.In order to get rid of the current predicament in the home appliance manufacturing industry,it is necessary to further occupy the domestic market share,enhance the brand’s domestic and foreign popularity,and realize the upgrade of the domestic and international dual-cycle operation mode.In order to maintain a sustainable market advantage,home appliance companies need to "avoid the heavy and take the light" in the asset structure,and adopt an asset-light business model to continuously improve the industry’s profitability and ensure a leading position in market competition.For a long time,Chinese enterprises have lacked the research and practice of the light asset management model,and have not formed a matching financial system.Therefore,it is of great significance to further analyze its impact on financial performance based on the asset-light operating model.Taking domestic appliance giant Supor as an example,this paper uses the case analysis method to study the status quo of its asset-light operation mode through financial index analysis,EVA analysis,and non-financial index analysis.The impact of asset-light operations on its financial performance.The study found that after Supor’s transformation of asset-light operation,its corporate performance has been effectively improved,but at the same time,there are also problems such as operational risks caused by outsourcing,capital raising risks,capital chain rupture risks,and inventory backlog.Based on the analysis of the status quo,problems and causes,this paper proposes that home appliance enterprises should strengthen the quality control of outsourcing business,improve the supply chain system,enrich financing channels,and comprehensively solve the inventory backlog.
