Research On The Integrated Development Of Three Industries In The Suburbs (Counties) Of Central Cities

According to the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy is a key measure to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.The integration of the three industries in rural areas provides an important path for rural revitalization,aiming to increase farmers’ income and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.The 14 th Five-Year Plan clearly points out that promoting agricultural and rural modernization should attach importance to the integrated development of rural industries.The no.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee in 2022 also pointed out the specific realization path for promoting the integrated development of rural three industries.In the past two years,a number of meetings and policy documents have mentioned the integration of rural three industries,which shows that this issue has become an urgent link to be overcome in the process of realizing agricultural modernization in China.With the penetration of modern technology into rural areas,the production and management of agricultural products are producing great innovation.Traditional agriculture and secondary and tertiary industries are constantly spreading to each other,realizing the high integration of technology,products and market through the interweaving of industries.Lukou District of Zhuzhou City is located in the suburbs of the central cities of China,with a large number of rural population,is a large agricultural county,the key to achieve agricultural modernization is to promote the integration of the three local rural industries.This thesis mainly studies the integrated development of the three industries in the suburbs(counties)of central cities,using literature research,theoretical induction and other methods to sort out the research theories at home and abroad.Through field research,access to data,Zhuzhou Lukou District of agriculture and rural economic development of the overall situation of the investigation.Using the theory of industrial chain,industrial agglomeration,industrial integration,agricultural multifunction and transaction cost,this thesis studies the degree and existing problems of the integrated development of the three rural industries in Lukou District.There are four main findings in the research area: first,the industrial chain is not extensible;Second,the lack of industrial integration talents;Third,innovation of agricultural science and technology is weak;Fourth,the interest linkage mechanism is not complete.Then use case analysis,the system induces the green estuary rural three main developing models of industrial convergence,including "industrial chain expanded" fusion,"industrial cross type" fusion,"7" high and new technology integration mode and "industrial circular" integration mode,combination of Zhuzhou city green estuary rural three typical cases of industrial convergence.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of promoting the extension of industrial chain,strengthening the introduction and training of talents for industrial integration,enhancing technological innovation and strengthening the mechanism of interest connection,so as to promote the integrated development of rural three industries in Lukou District of Zhuzhou City.
