Rural Industry Development In Suburbs Of Suzhou Under The Background Of Urban-rural Integration

Recently, with the rapid development of economic society and the continuous adjustment of national strategic center, the urban and rural landscape in China is undergoing profound changes. The social, economic, cultural and ecological values in rural areas are growing day by day and receive extensive attention from scholars and all sectors of the society. Relevant research and practical exploration about rural development emerge in large number, gradually forming a relatively rich research content system and development mode.Suzhou, as a typical and frontier region of rural reform and development in China, has created the well-known "Southern Jiangsu Model" and provided a valuable experience for rural reform and development all over the country. Since September 2008, Suzhou has been identified as the only pilot city of comprehensive reform of urban and rural integration in Jiangsu by Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial government. Suzhou municipal party committee and municipal government hold the big opportunity of the reform and strive to build the integration framework, including resources configuration, infrastructure and industrial layout. As the most sensitive and rapidly changing area in the process of urban and rural integration, Suzhou suburban countryside's rural industry development will directly affect the quality of rural construction. Therefore, the study about the impact from Suzhou suburban rural industry development on rural industrial transformation and constructing the new relationship between urban and rural area under the background of urban and rural integration has practical significance.First of all, this study analyzes the development evolution and value transformation of Suzhou suburban rural industry based on a large number of literature research. It clarifies three important values of Suzhou suburban villages in the new period, which are economic value, ecological value and social value. It also researches the development trend of Suzhou suburban rural industry in the urban and rural integration period. Secondly, through the rural investigation, we study the present situation of Suzhou suburban rural industry and summarize its development mode to four modes, which are "One plus three" modern agriculture development mode, "Internet plus modern agriculture mode", "Three plus one" special tourism mode and "Half astern into three" new type of modern service industry mode, and deeply analyze the realistic development dilemma of four patterns.
