Talent as the enterprise long-term stable and healthy development of the power source, in the macro level and micro level are key factors to determine the development of enterprises. So, the enterprise only talent is enough, we can get great leap forward development. The flow of talent, from the perspective of the society, is the inevitable trend, market economy requires the flow of talent. But from a business point of view, we must guard against the loss of talented people, the talent loss for the stable staff troop, to realize the goal of enterprise, will have adverse effects.
