With the continuous improvement of troop training level,the intensity of use of military equipment is getting higher and higher,and consequently brings higher and higher requirements for the maintenance and security capabilities of military equipment manufacturers.In the field of civil aviation,most of the domestic participating enterprises are concentrated in the low-end maintenance field,and the independent development is slow.Domestic traditional military aircraft manufacturing enterprises due to a variety of reasons,the willingness to participate in the field of civil aircraft maintenance is also not strong.Most of the subsidiaries of Company Z are the backbone of China’s military aircraft electromechanical products manufacturing enterprises,with many years of experience in the development and manufacturing of aviation electromechanical products,and most of their products are in a monopoly position in China.However,due to the lack of unified strategic planning and higher strategic positioning,the development level of each subsidiary varies.Since 2012,Z has gradually been built into a development platform for the aviation electromechanical industry,repositioned the core business of each subsidiary,and helped each enterprise improve its modern corporate system through financing and other means,so that each enterprise has gradually moved to a benign development track.As the aviation maintenance business does not account for a high proportion of the business volume in each enterprise,each enterprise does not pay enough attention to it,does not invest enough in maintenance and guarantee capacity,and the level varies,a unified development pattern has not yet been formed,and the gap with the needs of the troops is getting bigger and bigger.The strong demand of users and the mission requirement of national civil aircraft industry development require Z to further play the role of management platform and resource allocation platform,study the development strategy and competition strategy of its maintenance industry as soon as possible,and make the maintenance industry one of the core industries of the enterprise.This paper discusses how to further integrate Company Z’s maintenance industry from the perspective of corporate competitive strategy,and formulate a unified development strategy and competitive strategy to make the corporate competitive advantage more obvious.This paper summarizes the opportunities and challenges faced by Company Z through PEST analysis of macro environment and research on the development trend of maintenance industry.Through the "Porter’s Five Forces" analysis,the competitive mode and industry situation of the maintenance industry are analyzed.Using the SWOT analysis,we further clarified that Company Z should take advantage of its own strengths to adopt a growth strategy to continuously consolidate and expand its competitiveness.Through the analysis and comparison of two competitive strategies,it was concluded that Company Z should implement a differentiated competitive strategy.Finally,regarding the guarantee measures that should be taken to implement the differentiated competitive strategy,specific measures are proposed to create a development platform,increase investment,build an information system,establish a standardization system,and focus on talent training.
