The Studies On The Quantitative Strategy Of The Repair And Maintenance Budget Allocation Based On The Asset Situation In A Power Grid Company

A is capital intensive power grid enterprise with largest costs accounted in the equipment maintenance area.In the past,the enterprise applied qualitative analysis to determine the repair cost from project requirements of each device,at the same time using 3% original asset value as total budget for repair.There is no difference in cost regarding the machine aging problem.It can not reflect true repair cost from the asset aging condition.Thus,it cannot provide a good guideline for power grid enterprises to control the repair budget.In recent years,with the national macro-economy entering a new stage and electricity transmission and distribution price reform,power grid enterprises growth drops and price space is compressed,which has a big impact on power grid enterprise's earning.Now,the cost management has become power grid enterprise's key sustaining strategy.Equipment repair costs accounts for a big proportion of total cost of power grid enterprise,which has a critical impact on the enterprise profit space.To accurately calculate the repair demand and optimize resource allocation,it is an urgent need to take effective means to control the cost of maintenance and repair operations project.In this paper,by studying the influence related driving factors of the total amount of the repair of equipment,using A company historic data samples,we choose appropriate influencing factors and variables for analysis.We find out in the all related factors,equipment value and the new rate,depreciation has the highest correlation with the total value of the repair.We use linear regression analysis to study relation between each factor and the total amount of the repair.As this research is based on asset status to determine repair cost budgeting in China first time,the result is scientific,easy-applied,and can be promoted.This model will have value for promotion and working as guideline in the power grid enterprise,or any other capital intensive enterprise.
