Study On The Model Of Automobile Maintenance And Repair In Tianjin Based On SWOT Analysis

Since 1886, automobile industry had experienced more than 120 years development. Consequently there are also various changes within relevant maintenance industries. With the rapid development of automobile manufacture, maintenance also expanded from a small workshop to a global resources sharing industry. According to recent development of china automobile industry, there are opportunities as well as problems and challenges in the maintenance industry, especially fierce global competition .Automobile Services is an important component of the automotive industry chain, service as an important source of profit of automobile repair and maintenance is very necessary ,which is an important study.According to recent development of china automobile industry, there are opportunities as well as problems and challenges in the maintenance industry.Research on maintenance industry in Tianjin where is an important base for automobile manufacture and consumption in the north of china seems to be necessary and critical. Based on the data collection as well as domestic and international study of industrial practice, by applying SWOT strategic analysis, historical research and comparative analysis of integration, theoretical research and empirical analysis ,description and uncertainties described, uncertain combination of local analysis and the overall integration of comprehensive primarily sets up the framework of expansion strategy of the automobile repair& maintenance in Tianjin and suggests some detailed implementations. The paper provides the evidences the author applied comparative study and empirical study methodologies to overtake researches on maintenance development trends and problems of 4S stores, large-scale auto repair shop, fast service chain and roadside shop in order to discuss those issues and identify solutions.The author also designed a questionnaire by combining marketing research and current maintenance pattern. By analyzing and summarizing the data, the author presented a few optimal solutions and suggestions to those issues, in order to enlighten maintenance pattern innovation in Tianjin.
