A Study Of Impact Of Digital Transformation On Manufacturing Export Competitiveness Of China

With the vigorous development of digital technology,it has increasingly become an important driving force for economic growth and helped China’s economy shift from high-speed growth to high-quality development.However,the international economic and trade situation has undergone profound changes in recent years.Although the export volume of China’s manufacturing industry is expanding,it still faces many challenges,especially the situation that China’s manufacturing export products are in the middle and lower reaches of the world manufacturing product production value chain.Therefore,the digital transformation of traditional industries is imperative.Firstly,this paper combs and expounds the two concepts of digital transformation and export competitiveness,and analyzes the impact mechanism of digital transformation on manufacturing export competitiveness based on Porter diamond model.Then,taking the level of digital transformation as the explanatory variable and RCA index as the explanatory variable,this paper empirically studies the relationship between digital transformation and other factors and the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry.Through the above research,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:the development of digital technology forms a favorable industrial support for manufacturing industry;Digital transformation can significantly promote the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry.At the same time,due to the industrial promotion brought by digital transformation,it has improved China’s industrialization level,and then has a positive impact on the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry.Environmental regulation and FDI have a positive regulatory effect on the relationship between digital transformation and export competitiveness.This paper suggests that the state should strategically improve the hard power and soft power of digital construction,pay attention to the construction of digital infrastructure,and also improve the training of digital talents;Actively promote green and sustainable manufacturing system;Further formulate relevant policies and measures to promote the regional balanced development of digital transformation;Relying on the domestic market,do a good job in the upgrading and transformation of enterprises,realize the upgrading of manufacturing products to high-tech and high value-added links in the production value chain,and improve the export competitiveness of manufacturing industry.
