In the post-epidemic era,the changes in the economic situation have intensified.The"996"work system has once caused heated discussions,and employees in enterprises will also face pressure.In order to meet the needs of social development,if enterprises want to gain an advantage in the fierce market competition,they need to change work-related changes.It is necessary to put forward new requirements for all employees,requiring employees to voluntarily carry out a series of active professional behaviors to avoid a series of problems and losses within the organization in advance.Among them,employee problem prevention behavior is particularly important.The employees in the enterprise conduct research on problem prevention behaviors under different stress conditions,adopt questionnaires in line with the background of Chinese enterprises,combine selfdetermination theory and resource conservation theory,introduce control evaluation as a mediating variable,and explore the situational factor of active resource acquisition strategy in control.To evaluate the boundary conditions that affect problem prevention behaviors,a moderated mediation model is constructed,that is,active resource acquisition strategies moderate the indirect effects of challenging-obstructive pressure on problem prevention behaviors by controlling evaluations.The research methods of this paper are literature research method and questionnaire survey method.Based on resource conservation theory and self-determination model,a moderated mediating effect model between challenging-obstructive work stress and employee problem prevention behavior is constructed.By collecting 242 questionnaires Samples were analyzed and verified using SPSS22.0,AMOS22.0 and PROCESS,and an empirical test was conducted.The study found that(1)challenging work stress positively affects employee problem prevention behavior,and there is a direct relationship between obstructive stress and employee problem prevention behavior(2)Control evaluation plays a mediating role in the relationship between challenging-obstructive stress and employee problem behavior,that is,challenging stress enhances employees’ control evaluation,thereby promoting employee problem prevention behavior,and obstructive stress increases employee’s problem prevention behavior through Weakening employees’ control evaluation,thereby inhibiting employees’ problem prevention behaviors;(3)Active resource acquisition strategies can enhance the relationship between control evaluations and employees’ problem prevention behaviors,that is,when employees’ active resource acquisition strategies are high,control evaluation has a higher impact on employees’ problem prevention behaviors.The positive effect of employee problem prevention behavior is stronger;(4)Control evaluation can moderate the challenge-obstructive pressure on employee problem prevention behavior,which has an indirect effect.Based on the perspective of challenging-obstructive stress,this paper links stress with employees’ problem prevention behaviors,explores the impact mechanism of two kinds of stress on problem prevention behaviors,expands the mechanism of work stress to employee behavior paths,and studies how work stress affects employees’ behavior.The mechanism and boundary conditions of employee problem prevention behaviors enrich the related research on stressors.
