Research On The Impact Of Digital Transformation On Technological Innovation Capability Of Manufacturing Enterprises

In the era of digital economy,manufacturing enterprises have specifically defined their main strategy direction and carried out digital transformation,based on the revolutionary changes caused by information technology.Digital transformation will deepen the whole process of technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises,providing adequate impetus and development atmosphere for technological innovation,which has significant impact on technological innovation ability.This paper thus analyzes the theoretical knowledge of digital transformation and technological innovation capability in manufacturing enterprises deeply.This paper firstly defines digital transformation,technological innovation capability and organizational learning of manufacturing enterprises,and divides them into digital strategic transformation,digital organizational transformation,digital business process transformation and digital technology application transformation according to different fields of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.In addition,combined with the research content,this article divides technological innovation capability into two dimensions: technological innovation input capability and technological innovation output capability,and divides organizational learning into two dimensions: exploratory learning and exploitative learning;analyzes the theoretical basis of the impact of digital transformation on technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises and the moderating effect of organizational learning between them,proposing research hypothesis and building conceptual models.Secondly,research content design and data collection,including: research variable measurement,questionnaire design,distribution and data collection.Thirdly,statistical software is used to analyze the questionnaire data to verify the research hypothesis,including normality test,reliability and validity analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,through empirical test results to explore whether digital transformation has a positive impact on technological innovation capability of manufacturing enterprises.The results indicate that manufacturing enterprises digital transformation obviously promote technological innovation ability,which is an important motivation force of technological innovation activities in manufacturing enterprises.Exploratory learning can positively regulate the relationship between digital transformation and technological innovation capability in manufacturing enterprises.Exploitative learning positively moderates the relationship between manufacturing enterprises’ digital strategic transformation,digital organizational transformation,digital technology application transformation and technological innovation input capacity respectively.Meanwhile,exploitative learning positively moderates the relationship between digital strategic transformation,digital technology application transformation and technological innovation output capacity respectively.Finally,from the four dimensions of manufacturing enterprises digital transformation,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions to improve technological innovation ability,which is of far-reaching significance to promote the development of manufacturing enterprises,based on the hypothesis test results.
