| According to the report to the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the integration of the three rural industries should be taken as an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.The integration of rural industries is an important booster for rural revitalization and the only way to promote the development of China’s agricultural economy and increase farmers’ income and become rich.From 2015,when the No.1 central document of the Central Government first proposed to"promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas" to 2021,the No.1 central document proposed to "promote the construction of demonstration parks and science and technology demonstration parks of rural primary,secondary and tertiary industries",relevant documents have repeatedly emphasized the importance of rural industrial integration.Under the background of rural revitalization,developing characteristic towns with rural industrial integration is an effective way to solve the problems of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers".Taking Zhuting Town as the research object,after learning and summarizing the relevant literature,the rural industrial integration,industrial cluster theory and endogenous growth theory are determined as the theoretical basis of this research.Then analyze the basic conditions of rural industrial integration in Zhuting Town and the current development situation.Secondly,through the literature research method and expert consultation method,on the basis of the previous research results on rural industrial integration,22 indicators were selected to construct the evaluation index system of rural industrial integration development level,and the index weight of the rural industrial integration evaluation index system was determined by using expert scoring method and hierarchical analysis method.Then,the questionnaire of the study was formed,which distributed and collected statistics,and obtained 422 valid questionnaire sample data,calculated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate and analyze the main problems existing in the integration of rural industries in Zhuting Town and the development of rural industries in Zhuting Town.The research results show that:(1)through the hierarchical analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive score of zhuting town is 3.091 points,which is now in the early stage,and there is still a lot of room for progress.The fusion conditions,fusion process,and fusion benefit scores were 3.013,2.944 and 3.311 points,respectively.(2)In the level of rural industrial integration development in Juting Town,the highest infrastructure score in the integration conditions was 3.192 points,It shows that the infrastructure conditions of Zhuting town are good;The lowest literacy score for the workforce was 2.29,It shows that the education level of zhuting town is not high and the lack of agricultural professionals,At the same time,the implementation score of relevant rural industrial integration measures was 2.879,Show that the policy needs to be optimized,Implementation needs to be strengthened;In the integration process,the lowest score of online and offline publicity was 2.86,Explain that the propaganda is not in place and little-known;Technology and agricultural improvement improvement of 2.984,It shows that the agricultural technology is lacking;Higher overall scores in the fusion benefit,It has quickly entered the medium-term stage of development.Based on the above research conclusions,it provides targeted countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of enhancing cultural potential,paying attention to policy guidance,broadening publicity channels,optimizing talent training and strengthening scientific and technological development,in order to promote the integrated development of rural industries in Zhuting Town and provide reference value for the future rural development of Zhuting Town. |
