| In the current background trend of calling for environmental protection,resource conservation and sustainable development,the new energy vehicle industry has ushered in a golden period of development.However,there are many unstable factors in the process of growth and various financial risks may also be hidden.Neglecting and shallow response to financial risks will lead to problems and financial crisis for enterprises.The involvement and layout of new energy vehicles is of great significance to China’s automobile industry.It is an important change in the traditional automobile industry that has lasted for a hundred years.It can provide a power basis for China’s automobile industry to surpass and improve its comprehensive international strength.Therefore,for the steady development of China’s new energy vehicle industry and the timely containment of potential financial risks,the research on enterprise financial crisis early warning has important application value.This paper selects the listed companies in the new energy vehicle industry that were specially treated due to their financial situation from 2019 to 2020 as the research sample,selects the normal enterprises of the same scale as the crisis enterprises according to the ratio of 1:3,and selects the relevant early warning indicators with significant performance through the annual research on the disclosure data of the sample enterprises in the first five years of special treatment.It is found that the formation process of financial crisis has phased characteristics,and with the passage of time,the significant indicators in different stages will have different performance.According to the indicators selected in different stages,factor analysis method is used to deal with them,and the financial crisis early warning model is established by means of logical regression.The early warning model is further optimized by using public opinion factors,and the accuracy of prediction is compared and analyzed,which is applied to practical cases.The phased construction of financial crisis early warning model is an effective way to improve the financial stability of enterprises.The new energy vehicle industry is an emerging industry.At present,most of the research on this industry focuses on the impact of technological progress,relevant policy formulation and industry development.This method can enrich the relevant theories of financial crisis early warning in the new energy vehicle industry.In the actual case analysis,Zhongtai automobile is selected as the research object,this paper describes the financial crisis performance of Zhongtai automobile from three aspects: the incubation period of financial crisis,the deterioration period of financial crisis and the outbreak period of financial crisis.It describes the financial crisis performance of Zhongtai automobile in combination with specific significant indicators and the actual situation of the enterprise,introduces in detail the influencing factors of the emergence and deterioration of its financial crisis from the perspectives of internal factors and external factors,and puts forward suggestions for the existing problems to help it deal with the financial crisis reasonably.The research can promote the healthy and steady development of new energy vehicle industry,and also provide experience reference for other enterprises in financial crisis. |
