An Empirical Research About Financial Early-warning Of Manufacturing Listed Company

This thesis takes Manufacturing industry for a research object, which takes the sign of taking particular treatments because of the abnormal financial state whether are in the financial crisis, fixes 232 advanced copies and 26 chosen mod for target, builds early-warning mold with evaluated copies, test copies are used for testing. This thesis chooses the factorial analysis method and logical regression method of statistical analysis, uses the statistical analysis soft, builds a mod of logical regression; does cluster analysis on 116 non ST-industries by the cluster analysis method of statistical analysis, picks up the manufacturing industries which have the similar financial affairs feature, builds a logical regression mold. At the end part of the thesis, compares the two molds, and makes a conclusion for some relevant puzzles, points out the research way in future.
