With the rapid deve lopment of information technol ogy and econom icglobalization, the enter prise external environment also has changed violently. it’schanging from the steady state,m anageable environment to the dyna mic, complexand unpredictable environm ent and the dyna mic is the main chara cteristic. Thisperformance in customer demand is changing more and more quickly, the life cycleof product and technology is s hortening c ontinuously, the number of rival s isincreasing, enterprise is facing more international competition and even the nationalpolicy has become one of the key ele ments of the enterprise external environm ent.The dynamic change of all these environm ental factors will af fect the enterprise ’sdecisions, objectives, strategy and deve lopment. Therefore, many sc holars,entrepreneurs and econom ists are thinking about how to make these e xternalenvironment into enterprise developm ent power, not hi nder, and e nterprise how toadapt to this kind of com plex dyna mic en vironment. Af ter a period of tim e toexplore, they made a consensus that it is only through constant innovation to makeenterprise adapt to changes in the external environment, avoid the risk and m ake itfor the developm ent of enterprise s to bring power and opportunit y, eventual lyimprove the enterprise performance and promote the long-term devel opment of theenterprise. Therefore the exploring of in dynamic environment organization how toinnovate for improving performance becomes important particularly.This paper will explore organization innovation on the impact of organizationalperformance based on environme ntal dyna mism adjust ment. In t he theoreticalresearch, firstly, Based on review of the theory of or ganizational innovation a ndorganizational performance to explore or ganization innovation’s dimension, whichis divided into cultural innovation, structure innovation and process innovation, andanalyzes each dimension on the influence of organizational performance. Secondly,on the bas is of the a nalysing the related theory of dyna mic e nvironment,it’ sdivided into customer demand dynamism, product technology dyna mism, marketcompetition dyna mism and national policy dyna mism, and from theory a ngleexplains the adjustment of environmental dynamic’s four elements in the process oforganization innovation on the impact of or ganizational performance,finally, thispaper put forward the model of or ganization innovat ion on the influe nce oforganizational perfor mance base d on environm ent dyna mism a djustment. In theempirical approach, this paper use S PSS statistical m ethod, through thequestionnaire survey method to validate theoretical model. On the basis of empiricalanalysis result, this paper put for ward t he strategy of or ganization cultureinnovation, structure innovation a nd process innovation in dyna mic environment, and provide certain reference basis for the enterprise to improve the organizationalperformance.
