| As the main body of new agricultural management,farmers’ cooperatives play an important role in promoting agricultural modernization,improving farmers’ income and improving farmers’ comprehensive quality.From the development trend,China’s farmer cooperatives are stepping into the quality improvement stage from the quantity growth stage.With the transformation of this process,the governance of farmers’cooperatives has become increasingly prominent.Optimizing the governance mechanism and perfecting the governance structure will be an important content to promote the standardized operation and steady development of farmers’ cooperatives.This paper explores the dilemma of cooperative governance from the micro-level and human perspective.Pay attention to the attitudes and needs of farmers’ cooperatives members,and empirically study the influence of members’ membership identification on the internal governance structure of farmers’ cooperatives.According to the related theories such as organizational identity,farmers’ behavior choice,transaction cost and stakeholders,this paper constructs an analysis framework of the internal governance structure of farmers’ cooperatives based on members’ perspective.Through investigation,the microscopic data of Xinjie Ecological Breeding Professional Cooperative and its members in Jingzhou County,Hunan Province were obtained.By using factor analysis and linear regression model,this paper verifies the partial intermediary role of members’ participation behavior in the influence of members’identity on the internal governance structure of farmers’ cooperatives,and deeply analyzes that members’ organization and career identity have significant positive influence on their capital,business and management participation behavior,and then positively feeds back the effect of the internal governance structure of cooperatives.According to the research results,this paper puts forward that farmers’ cooperatives should attach importance to the construction of member identification system.Face up to the satisfaction of interest needs and expectations,cultivate interpersonal trust among members,strengthen the guidance and regulation of value norms,attach importance to the standardization construction of cooperative organizations,enhance the comprehensive development ability of cooperatives,improve government functions and create a guarantee environment. |
