The performance of corporate social responsibility and its related issues have attracted more and more attention and debate in academic and practical circles.With the attention of national and regional governments and relevant departments,and the supervision of the media and relevant organizations,especially the CSR concept of maximizing profits and maximizing shareholder value is questioned by various kinds,more and more enterprises are constantly reflecting and practicing,they clearly realize that the implementation of CSR has great significance to the sustainable development of enterprises,it has become a new competitiveness and advantage of enterprises.However,compared with the CSR performance of private enterprises in developed areas,there is still a large gap in the agricultural small and medium-sized enterprises in underdeveloped areas.Should CSR be performed? How to fulfill CSR? Whether we can effectively carry out CSR activities and promote CSR practice is worthy of high attention and systematic exploration.Based on the combing and induction of relevant literature and theoretical views,this paper selects agriculture related unlisted small and medium-sized enterprises as the research object,and takes H company as an example,in order to enable the enterprise to continuously perform CSR,to achieve sustainable development and to achieve the goal of the unity of economic value,social value and ecological value.At the same time,we also hope to enrich the enterprise cases in performing strategic CSR and provide reference for the practice of other similar enterprises.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research literature and views at home and abroad.On this basis,it is found that the motivation,content and mode of CSR and the final effect to the enterprise.It is also found that the performance of SCSR will effectively promote the unity of corporate social value and economic value.Therefore,This paper puts forward the problem of how H company performs its corporate social responsibility.Secondly,it explains the connotation of key concepts such as CSR and SCSR;According to the first-hand data obtained from field investigation,interview and other public information and materials related to H company,under the guidance of stakeholder and enterprise life cycle theory,using Carroll’s "pyramid model" and Elkington’s "triple bottom line model",this paper summarizes its current performance of social responsibility,and analyzes the current conditions restricting the company’s performance of social responsibility The existing problems and their causes are systematically analyzed.This paper comes to the conclusion that the direction for H company to continue to fulfill its responsibilities in the future is to fulfill its strategic CSR.Based on the current development of the enterprise,it can fulfill its responsibility through five strategies: the promotion of managers,the establishment of social responsibility performance guarantee department,the development of strategic human resource management,the disclosure of responsibility information and the strengthening of the coordination of stakeholders,In addition,it is also necessary to build a corresponding management system,plan and select the responsibilities to be performed,monitor them in the process,and finally evaluate the performance effect and optimize and adjust the performance methods.
