Research On The Driving Force Of Rural Construction On Rural Labor Force’s Return And Entrepreneurial

Since the reform and opening up,although a large number of labor force entering the city can obtain richer remuneration and broader horizons in the city,the phenomenon of employment discrimination in the city has seriously hindered the work and settlement of rural labor force in the city,and the phenomenon of rural labor force returning home has initially appeared.Since 2000,China has successively put forward rural construction strategies such as urban-rural integration,new rural construction,beautiful rural construction and rural revitalization,in order to alleviate the problem of unbalanced and insufficient urban-rural development and promote the all-round development of rural areas.Therefore,rural construction is divided into five aspects: economic construction,infrastructure construction,rural wind construction,social construction and ecological environment construction.Understanding the driving role of rural construction on rural labor force’s willingness to return home and entrepreneurial behavior is of great significance to reasonably guide migrant workers to return home and realize the strategic goal of Rural Revitalization.Based on the existing theories and relevant literature,and based on the labor force dynamic survey data(CLDS)in 2012 and 2018,taking the rural labor force who has worked and has returned home as the research object,this paper first analyzes the impact of rural construction on rural labor force’s willingness to return home by using binary logistic model from the two dimensions of rural labor force’s personal characteristics and rural construction.Secondly,the empirical analysis results in 2012 and 2018 are analyzed vertically to study the changes of the impact of rural construction on the willingness of rural labor force to return home.Then,it analyzes the entrepreneurial status of returning labor force,and discusses whether rural construction affects the entrepreneurial choice of rural labor force.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the rural labor force has a high willingness to return home,but the entrepreneurship rate needs to be improved;(2)The influence of individual factors on rural labor force’s willingness to return home is weakened;(3)Rural economic construction plays an important role in promoting the return of rural labor force and entrepreneurship decision-making;(4)Rural labor force began to pay attention to the construction of rural style in their hometown when making decision to return home;(5)The impact of infrastructure construction on entrepreneurial intention is strengthened;(6)Rural social construction has always affected the return of labor force.Based on the above research,this paper puts forward relevant policy suggestions to reasonably guide the return and Entrepreneurship of rural labor force from the two aspects of formulating return and entrepreneurship policies benefiting the people and Solidly Promoting rural construction.
