| The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that agriculture,rural areas and farmers problem is a fundamental problem in the national economy and people's livelihood,must always be to solve issues of agriculture,famer and rural area problem as the top priority of the party work,and in the report also pointed out that to implement the strategy of rejuvenating the country.The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is not only necessary to maintain the sustained,healthy and coordinated growth of the national economy;it is necessary to build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.To promote the transfer of rural labor force is an important way to solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and rural areas,and it is also necessary to realize agricultural modernization.The modernization process of the developed countries is accompanied by the transfer of rural labor force.Time as big provinces of agriculture,population of Henan province,the agricultural population than major,urban and rural economic gap is opposite bigger,though the urbanization level increased significantly in recent years,but the development level and the developed countries still or domestic economic strength far from the city.Henan province to achieve industrialization and modernization,must put the large number of rural surplus labor transfer,realize the reasonable and orderly transfer of rural labor force,so that the rational allocation of rural labor forces,to achieve the optimal allocation of resources.The special situation of Henan is very representative in rural labor transfer.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the present situation of labor transfer in Henan province.This paper briefly introduces and summarizes the research background and significance of labor transfer,and summarizes the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on the transfer of rural labor force.Based on the analysis of the current situation of rural labor transfer in Henan province,the factors affecting the transfer of rural labor in Henan province are analyzed from four aspects: system,individual endowment,market and policy.Respectively choose "total proportion of rural labor force non-agricultural labor" and "the proportion of the second and third industry practitioners" as the dependent variable or variables of(1)the proportion of the first industry in GDP(2)farmers' real income(3)the worker actual average income(4)urban and rural residents income gap(5)agricultural machinery total power 6 provinces planting area of 7)the unemployment rate in cities and towns urbanization rate pet-name ruby nine natural population growth rate dependent variable regression analysis using data from 2000 to 2015.In order to eliminate the effect of multicollinearity and in order to better measure the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable,this article also use the principal component analysis,better get a logical meaning factor at the same time,for rotating factor.The two methods can be used to verify each other and better analyze the factors that influence the transfer of labor force.Through the analysis of the model,the corresponding Suggestions are put forward.The paper puts forward the strategy from the two aspects of tension and thrust,and puts forward the elimination of institutional barriers and unimpeded rural labor transfer channel.Establishing an integrated labor market for urban and rural areas;we will further improve the social security system and protect farmers' rights and interests.We will develop new farmers.The innovation of this paper is to study the relative system of rural labor transfer in Henan province.The necessity and relationship of rural labor force transfer in the context of rural rejuvenation and buildin8 g a well-off society are explained.In chapter 6,SPSS measurement software is used to analyze the factors affecting rural labor force in Henan province,and the countermeasures to accelerate rural labor transfer are put forward. |
