King Rural Type Of Henan Province "farm Fun" To Promote The Transfer Of Rural Labor Role Of Empirical Research

Problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers have always been the big problems that the Party and state pay great attention to and make every possible attempt to solve.Henan is a large agricultural province.Farmer problems are the core and focus of the "San Nong problems",while farmers' income problem is the essence of farmer problems.The combination of relatively low levels of industralization and urbanization,large population,prominence of the dual economic structure in urban and rural areas,low education level in rural areas,and relatively low labor quality causes lags and delays in surplus rural labor force transfer in Henan so that peasants' income increase is seriously obstructed--- this is also a major issue that results in poverty of the large agricultural population in Henan.To speed up the rural labor force transfer,and to intensify the training for labor force tranferred from rural areas are important ways to advance the increase of peasants' income,to realize the construction of new socialist countryside,and to build a harmonious society.This study is mainly based on theories of economics,sociology,toutism and statistics.The approaches used in the study include combination of literature research and field work,combination of empirical analysis and normative analysis,combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,and so on.On the basis of inheriting and drawing lessons from past study results in rural labor force transfer,the study,starting with the effect of attraction-dependent Nongjiale on the training for labor force transferred from rural areas,carries out a comparative analysis of the effects of attraction-dependent Nongjiale on advancing rural labor force transfer and training,taking attraction-dependent Nongjiale of Yangzi Gou in Luanchuan County,West Mount Tai in Ruyang County and Thrush Valley in Lushan County as examples.By this comparative analysis,this paper points out that the key factor causing transferred labor force to have low education level,to lack professional skills,and to possess backward ideas lies in lack of training for labor force transferred from rural areas.Besides,based on the countermeasures put forward for atttraction-dependent Nongjiale in our province to advance rural labor force transfer,this paper builds a training mode of "government plus society plus village committee plus scenic areas plus farmers for rural labor force transferred from rural areas.
