With the continuous expansion of the logistics and warehousing market demand and the increasingly fierce cost competition,the competition in the domestic logistics and warehousing industry has intensified.Whether the warehousing integration project can be delivered in a high-quality and timely manner has become the key to the success of logistics warehousing suppliers.The problem of suppliers selection in the project procurement process faced by the J warehousing integration project of company H,has seriously affected the project procurement work,and restricted the progress control and delivery quality of the project.This paper will identify the suppliers selection problems faced by J warehousing integration project procurement,analyze the causes of the problems in depth,and put forward the solution of material classification and suppliers differentiation selection,based on the procurement problems that have occurred in the projects that H company has implemented,the characteristics of J project and the status quo of J project suppliers selection.First,based on the Kraljic material classification method and brainstorming method,identify the evaluation indicators and weights from the profit value dimension and the supply risk dimension,and divide the J project materials into bottleneck materials,strategic materials,conventional materials and leverage materials.Second,based on the material classification results,classify suppliers.And identify supplier evaluation indicators through the expert scoring method accoding to the characteristics of the J project,to build a comprehensive evaluation indicator system.Third,based on the characteristics of different types of suppliers,apply the AHP to identify the index weights,and build a differentiated supplier evaluation index and weighting system.Finally,the system is evaluated according to the implementation results of J project.Practice has shown that,after applying the differentiated supplier evaluation and selection system,compared with the previous projects executed by H company,J warehousing integration project has made significant improvements in project procurement planning,supplier management,cost control,material delay problem control,material quality control,etc.The differentiated supplier evaluation and selection system solves the problem of supplier selection for J project,improves the procurement efficiency,reduces the procurement cost,and shortens the procurement cycle,which is of great significance to improving the project delivery capability and core competitiveness of the H company.
