| In 2022,the world will enter the post-COVID-19 epidemic period,and there are still many huge risks and uncertainties in the operating environment.Employee satisfaction is a barometer of enterprise management,which is of great significance to the internal management of enterprises.Now,most of the bank in realizing self development at the same time,will pay special attention to employee satisfaction of the bank,it is conducive to drive their enthusiasm at work,to provide customers with demand and high quality service,on the basis of expanding customers,improve operating income,therefore,the bank should not only improve customer satisfaction with the company,more to care for employees.The study shows that the higher the satisfaction of employees with the bank,the more customers can enjoy quality services.Therefore,banks should formulate effective plans for how to improve employee satisfaction,and analyze the various reasons for the changes in employee satisfaction.In this context,this paper will take W Rural Credit Cooperative Association as the research object,combine with the daily operation characteristics of the bank,systematically sort out the relevant research results,and collect the satisfaction degree of W Rural Credit Cooperative Association employees through anonymous in-depth interview and questionnaire survey.Data recovery,using SPSS software to questionnaire validity and reliability index are analyzed,from W rural credit cooperative association staff working environment,training arrangement,career development,interpersonal relations,and salary performance and welfare five dimensions,analyzed,employee satisfaction problems mainly include:lack of fair performance,career planning and personal expectations,staff training opportunities and system construction is not in place.Based on the above problems,the underlying reasons are explored,and finally we propose the following improvement strategies for these three problems:establish a fair,reasonable and just salary management system and system,establish a reasonable and efficient training system,improve the professional career planning of employees,and strengthen the system construction and guarantee.This paper promotes the design of countermeasures to achieve the improvement of employee satisfaction,and finally improve their work enthusiasm and personal ability,promote the steady and long-term development of the association,and improve the overall competitiveness. |
