Measurement Of The Level Of Transformation And Development Of Rural Industries And Countermeasures For Improvement In Ningxia

Developing industries to increase farmers’ income and get rich is a valuable experience accumulated in the battle against poverty,and rural revitalization needs the support of rural industries,and industrial prosperity is the most important way to increase farmers’ income.The central government has repeatedly issued documents emphasizing the development of rural areas through rural industries.Rural industries in Ningxia have been developing continuously,but some poverty alleviation industries are left with problems such as homogeneity and short industrial chain,and the overall scale of rural industrial development is small,so it is urgent to achieve industrial prosperity and rural revitalization through transformation and development.Firstly,by sorting out the development situation of three rural industries in Ningxia from 2001 to 2020,this paper determines that the direction of rural industrial transformation in Ningxia is mainly the internal transformation of the primary industry and the transformation to the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries.Secondly,from the two general directions,the entropy value method is used to measure the level of rural industrial transformation and development in Ningxia from 2016 to 2020,and the external influencing factors of the rural industrial transformation and development are explored through the individual fixed effect model.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The overall rural industrial transformation and development level of Ningxia has been steadily improved,and the comprehensive score of the transformation and development level of the whole region has increased from 0.3086 in 2016 to 0.3284 in 2020.The transformation of the primary industry to green,efficient and industrial integration is not ideal;(2)The education level of rural labor force,the input of machinery technology,the financial expenditure related to agriculture,and the degree of rural informatization have a significant positive impact on the rural industrial transformation and development.Finally,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:from the external factors to improve the quality of workers and technology investment,give play to the role of government support,promote rural information services,guide social capital to participate in the development of rural industries in multiple forms;From the adjustment of the transformation and development direction of rural industries,it puts forward specific measures to promote the quality and efficiency of rural industries,promote green development,promote industrial integration and so on,in order to promote the level of rural industrial transformation and development in Ningxia,and finally realize the prosperity of the industry.
