Study On The Transformation And Development Of Grape Industry In Gongan County

In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy,industrial transformation has become an important trend of current agricultural development.Gongan County,known as "the first grape County in the south of the Yangtze River",is an important main grape producing area in southern China.After more than 30 years of development,the grape industry in Gongan County has become a local characteristic industry to promote farmers’ income and agricultural efficiency,and plays an important role in Rural Revitalization.The government department of Gongan County seized this development opportunity,accelerated the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure,took the grape industry as an important starting point for the transformation of agricultural industry in the whole county,and actively issued corresponding support policies,which created a better development environment for the development of grape industry in the whole county.However,the potential development problems in the process of industrial transformation and development also became prominent,restricting the development of local grape industry.Taking Gongan County as an example,combined with the transformation and development direction of China’s characteristic agriculture,based on the analysis of existing research results and theories,this study uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to study the transformation and development of Gong’an County’s grape industry,explore the deficiencies in its transformation and development process,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions in combination with the actual situation of local grape industry development.This paper includes the following five parts:The first part,based on the existing research,first expounds the connotation of industrial transformation and characteristic agriculture;Secondly,according to the particularity of the transformation and development of grape industry,the specific concept of agricultural transformation is defined;Finally,it summarizes the theoretical background and main contents of industrial transformation of scale economy theory,green development theory,agricultural industrialization theory and modern economic growth theory.The second part,according to the current situation of the transformation and development of grape industry in Gongan County,summarizes and summarizes the internal and external environment of industrial transformation and development and the basic situation of industrial transformation and development in detail.The third part evaluates the transformation and development level of grape industry in Gongan County.Based on a comprehensive understanding of the connotation of agricultural industry transformation,this paper constructs an evaluation index system of grape industry transformation and development level in Gongan County,including 5primary indicators and 15 secondary indicators,and explains the principle and significance of index selection.Based on the agricultural data of Gongan County from2012 to 2020,the entropy method is used to evaluate and analyze the scale,greening,industrialization,modernization and infrastructure level of grape industry transformation in Gongan County.The results show that the overall level of transformation and development of grape industry in Gongan County is rising steadily from 2012 to 2020,and the comprehensive evaluation value is rising continuously,with an increase rate of74.2%.Specifically,it is divided into three time periods,that is,2012-2014 is the slow development stage,2015-2017 is in the steady improvement stage,and 2018-2020 is in the rapid development stage.Then,through the subdivision of the overall situation of the primary indicators,this paper makes a specific evaluation and Analysis on the evaluation value of the secondary indicators of the transformation and development of grape industry in Gongan County.The fourth part,based on the evaluation value of the specific indicators of the transformation and development of the grape industry in Gongan County,combined with the actual situation of the development of the grape industry,this paper believes that the transformation and development level of the grape industry in Gongan County has been greatly improved,but there are still some deficiencies in the aspects of industrial scale,greening,industrialization,modernization and infrastructure.Specifically,in the process of transformation and development of grape industry in Gongan County,there are five main aspects: unreasonable planting structure,low level of green development,short extension of industrial chain,insufficient standardized production technology and insufficient market development.The fifth part,according to the problems and deficiencies existing in the transformation of grape industry in Gongan County in the previous part,puts forward the specific direction and path of transformation and development,that is,through overall planning,optimizing grape production structure,increasing green production awareness,promoting the integrated development of three industries,strengthening scientific and technological support,improving grape market system and other measures,the grape industry in Gongan County will develop towards large-scale,green,industrialization and modernization,On this basis,realize the transformation and development of grape industry in Gongan County.
