The physical examination industry,as a subdivision industry in the medical and health field,is in a period of rapid development in recent years.With the standardization of national supervision,the growth rate is slowing down,and a relatively stable competition pattern has been formed in the industry.With the advanced technology,the industry competition trend experienced from chains expansion,large-scale operation,capitalization to seize the market and intensive cost reduction,to the closed-loop platform and products integration to facilitate the health management,medical services,chronic disease management and other health services.As an S&M(small&medium-sized)physical examination company,purely can’t develop faster in chains and large scale,and compete with the giant directly,but it has been developing smoothly by the specialization of branding with local credibility&chains and low cost,to meet the different market needs with diversification,customization and information in the market competition of medical service content is more and more homogeneity.It also digs into high-end customers,extends the service chain,and promotes revenue to meet the increasing local health needs.Starting from the strategic analysis of the LC,this thesis conducts the PEST method to analyze the external environment,industry competition and development trend,and internal resource capacity.SWOT strategic analysis tool is also utilized to determine and optimize the business strategy.Through data review,questionnaire survey and interviews,the existing problems of organizational structure are diagnosed from five dimensions of strategy,structure,personnel,process and operation measures,to clarify the focal points and difficulties of organizational structure redesign and lay a foundation for organizational structure redesign.The LC redesigns the organization structure with the renewal strategy.It finds out the key organizational capabilities to win by clarifying the redesign goals,principles and directions,by selecting the most suitable organization structure to improve key organizational capabilities and to match strategies.From the aspects of strategy matching,centralization and decentralization,functions,management span,organizational guarantee,a more market-oriented and adaptable stronger platform-based organization structure and network-based organization had been redesigned on the basis of the original organization structure.Under the background of renewal strategy,the organization should undertake the strategy,optimize the management and control mode,reconstruct the marketing management chain of command system,redistribute the authority and other contents,and carry out a relatively complete and comprehensive guarantee of organizational resources and capabilities,so as to effectively improve the LC’s ability to undertake strategy,promote LC to implement the renewal strategy,achieve better performance,and empower and accumulate power for sustainable long-term development. |
