With the development of market economy,the competition among enterprises has gradually changed from commodity competition and sales competition to cultural competition.It is of great importance to construct organizational culture,which is suitable for development of enterprises.As a part of social subculture,organizational culture is inevitably affected by social culture.Therefore,when Chinese enterprises construct organizational culture,they should absorb the excellent parts of organizational culture at home and abroad and more importantly absorb the essence of traditional Chinese culture to form Chinese characteristics organizational culture.In the existing organizational culture management research,most of them are carried out in the western context and have not gone deep into Chinese traditional culture background.In the study of cultural localization,scholars have paid extensive attention to the value of traditional Chinese culture,which is dominated by Confucianism.Scholars not only discussed the management value of Confucianism qualitatively,but also proved quantitatively that Confucianism contributes to the improvement of management efficiency.However,the existing localization studies mostly discuss how Confucianism will affect enterprise management practice from the perspective of "Tao",which do not embed Confucianism into specific practice.Taking Jingbo as research object,this thesis deeply analyzes the connotation,mechanism and path of embedding Renxiao into Jingbo’s cultural management through single case study and procedural grounded theory.Conclusions are as follows:(1)Renxiao culture consists of four dimensions-virtue leadership(cultivate morality.benevolence love others,set a good example and achieve others),employee well-being(health promotion,love and family,training and growth,brighten mind),customer achievement(quality products.service experience,enabling growth,harmony and win-win).social return(sunshine management,harmonious ecology.charity,education feedback).From the perspective of the relationship between growth and development,the four main categories of Renxiao culture-virtue leadership,employee well-being,customer achievement and social return correspond to the eight items of self-cultivation,family harmony,governance and world peace in University,and construct the model of internal sage and external king.Renxiao,as organizational cultural character,runs through the whole process of holy inside and king outside.(2)This thesis has proved the mechanism and path of Embedding Confucianism into culture management,and constructs the corresponding model.Sage education,family-like practice and leader model are the conditions of embedding Renxiao into culture management.Employee happiness is the process of embedding Renxiao into culture management.The improvement of enterprise performance is the result of embedding Renxiao into culture management.The system is the guarantee that the culture of embedding Renxiao into culture management.This thesis summarizes the connotation,mechanism and path of embedding Chinese traditional culture into organizational culture management,which enriches the localization research of organizational culture management and helps to grasp the essence of Chinese organizational culture management mode effectively.
