Study On The Income Gap Between Urban And Rural Residents In Ningxia

Since the beginning of reform and opening up,under the leadership of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,various ethnic minority areas have undergone profound changes in history in line with the whole country,moving from a closed and backward society to an open and progressive society.However,in recent years,the problem of the gap between the rich and the poor still exists,and this problem is mainly reflected in the income gap between urban and rural residents,which affects the development of the economy and also affects the stability of the social order.The excessive income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia seriously hinders the comprehensive economic development of Ningxia and will also affect the development of the national econom y.Therefore,this paper takes Ningxia region as the research object,conducts research on the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia,mainly analyzes the appearance of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia from the perspective of the structure of income sources,and then studies the essence of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia,finds out the causes of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia,and proposes countermeasures on how to narrow the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia.First of all,through the study of domestic and foreign scholars,the existing Marxist related theories and other related theories on the research of urban and rural income gap are sorted out and summarized,and the changes in the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia are analyzed in literature,charts and quantitatively.Secondly,from the perspective of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia,the income ratio and the change of consumption expenditure,the current situation of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia is described and compared,and the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia is decomposed and compared from the perspective of the structural source of income sources of urban and rural residents in Ningxia,and the income gap between the four incomes of ningxia urban and rural residents is decomposed and compared,and the contribution value and contribution share of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia are found,and the results show that wage income occupies the main position.It has a major role in the widening of the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia,but its overall contribution share shows a downward trend;followed by the gradual reduction of the role of transfer income;again,the overall role of household operating income shows an expanding trend;and finally,the role of property income is declining and the contribution share is very small.Finally,the living conditions of urban and rural residents in Ningxia are described from the Engel coefficient of urban and rural residents in Ningxia,and then the Gini coefficient of income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia is calculated and decomposed to quantify the degree of equilibrium of the distribution of various income sources among urban and rural residents in Ningxia and the degree of influence on the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia Secondly,the degree of inequality and influence in the distribution of transfer income is declining;again,the degree of uneven distribution of property income has remained stable in recent years,and the degree of impact on the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia is not large;and finally,the degree of inequality and impact of household operating income distribution is declining,which has a stimulating effect on the Gini coefficient of income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia.In view of the impact of the four incomes on the income gap between urban and rural residents in Ningxia,it is found that the dual economic structure and the dual household registration system are the root causes,followed by the fact that natural conditions restrict industrial diversification,the income distribution policy and the policy of supporting agriculture and benefiting farmers are not perfect,and the distribution of educational resources is unfair,so it is proposed to break the dual economic structure,establish a reasonable distribution system and the policy of supporting agriculture and benefiting farmers,optimize the income structure of urban and rural residents,further promote agricultural modernization,and promote the integration of urban and rural ecology.Attach importance to specific countermeasures and suggestions for the fair distribution of educational resources.
