Since the reform and opening up, China's general improvement in the realization of income the same time, also will be gaps and inequality widened. Gini coefficient as a statistical indicator is internationally used to measure the degree of inequality in income distribution scale. China's Gini coefficient in 2000 exceeded reasonable limits, crossed the warning level of 0.4 to 0.47 in 2007 to reach the income gap continued to widen. How to suppress the Gini coefficient continue to expand to become the urgent need to address the problem.Article, economics, sociology and theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics as a guide, the use of historical analysis and comparative studies, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods, absorbing the latest achievements in research in this area, a comprehensive description of China's Gini coefficient of expansion of the phenomenon, the system dig out the deeper reasons, and according to the current proposed rationalization of the actual measures.
