"Binary" Quality Development And Research Perspective Of Chongqing Economy

In recent years,China’s rapid economic growth,but the quality development is still in the low level,low quality can’t meet the development of China’s current development needs.In 2020,the central proposed bi-circulating new development pattern,domestic and international high-quality development on the new development pattern.At present,the important point of chongqing as the "area",the new development pattern of binary important connection node,Chongqing how to promote economic development of high quality for the other area has important implications in the country.Based on high quality development and binary new development pattern of the theoretical study,based on binary new development pattern to set up a high quality and economic development in Chongqing.This article from the "domestic demand,innovation,green,harmonious,open,sharing" six levels,a total of 30 tertiary indicators established indices for high quality and economic development in Chongqing,the growth rate of the new car production,business environment index,the main trading partners into exports these three tertiary indicators.Then,collected from2010 to 2020 in chongqing high quality development of 30 index data and quality development in 2019,chongqing urban metro areas,and through the entropy value method and CRITIC weighted fusion method to determine index weight,the comprehensive index method is adopted to high quality hair in 2010-2020 in Chongqing;Again through the secondary factor weighting method 21 downtown of chongqing urban area in 2019 is the empirical analysis of high quality development of,through spatial autocorrelation method to research the chongqing model,spatial agglomeration zone 21 and 21 district of chongqing economic space associated with high concentration in the development of high quality.Research shows that: firstly,the high quality development present a steadily rising level as a whole.From stimulating domestic demand level,boost domestic demand in chongqing development promoted obviously,but stable economic development remains to be strengthen;From the innovation and development level,innovation and development in chongqing remarkable achievements,but the innovation investment still need to strengthen;From the green development level,city green development promote faster,but the energy efficiency is not high;From the coordinated development level,rapid and coordinated development process of chongqing city,structure adjustment needs to be optimized;From the open developmrnt level,open development results from the open development level,chongqing,open system with open channel both;From the Shared development level,the slow process of Shared development in chongqing,medical service high quality consumer services are in short supply.Secondly,chongqing zone21 high quality,unbalanced development disparity.
