Evaluation Of The Satisfaction Of The Entrepreneurial Environment In The Agricultural Field In Guangdong Province

With the issuance of the Strategic Plan for Rural Revitalization(2018-2022)by the CPC Central Committee and The State Council,governments at all levels have begun to attach importance to the development of rural areas.Agricultural industry is a key component of the prosperity of rural industries,a pillar industry of agricultural and rural economy,and an important support force for agricultural modernization.Under the overlapping benefits of "entrepreneurship and innovation" opportunities and rural revitalization strategies,agricultural entrepreneurship has ushered in the best opportunity for development.Studying the agricultural entrepreneurship environment in Guangdong province is conducive to promoting the development of agricultural industry,which is of great significance for rural revitalization.According to the actual situation of the agricultural entrepreneurship environment in Guangdong Province,the GEM global entrepreneurship observation model is adopted to evaluate and analyze the agricultural entrepreneurship environment in Guangdong Province.At the same time,this paper applies the theory of customer satisfaction theory in marketing in the evaluation of entrepreneurial environment,the agricultural entrepreneurs in Guangdong Province as customers to buy goods,the agricultural entrepreneurial environment in Guangdong Province as a commodity,in order to evaluate and analyze the agricultural entrepreneurial environment in Guangdong Province.In this study,questionnaire survey was used to investigate the applicants of the first Rural Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition in Guangdong Province.The research objects covered 21 cities in Guangdong Province,including modern farming,agricultural products processing and circulation,rural leisure tourism,rural new service industry,local characteristic industry,Internet operation,smart agriculture and other projects.After obtaining the data through the questionnaire,7 jury experts were invited to rank the importance of indicators and calculate the subjective weight by GI analysis method.Then,the subjective weight was weighted and averaged with the objective weight calculated by factor analysis method to determine the weight.Based on GEM model,5 first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators are designed.Finally,fuzzy comprehensive analysis is used to evaluate the agricultural entrepreneurial environment and 5 first-level indicators in Guangdong Province.By fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method analysis of guangdong province agriculture business environment,come to the conclusion as follows: guangdong province agricultural investment environment satisfaction is satisfied,the government policy support agricultural environment for satisfaction,research and development of agricultural science and technology innovation environment for satisfaction,financial financing market environment is a regular,social services,cultural environment is satisfied,infrastructure environment is satisfactory.Finally,according to the evaluation results,suggestions are put forward to optimize the agricultural entrepreneurial environment in Guangdong province from the aspects of government policies,agricultural science and technology,financial financing,social service culture,infrastructure construction and so on.
