Research On The Influence Of The Entrepreneurial Environment To The Sustained Entrepreneurial Willingnessand The Intermediary Role Of Entrepreneurial Ability

With the introduction of the "Five Batches" of the country's precise poverty alleviation policy "Eradicate a batch of poverty by developing industry",each poor area in the country has embarked on the road of industrial poverty alleviation.Industrial poverty alleviation is an endogenous way of poverty alleviation.It is also a sustainable economic development method.It is conducive to regional economic growth and people's income(Shane,Venkataraman,2000)and fundamentally eliminates poverty.The development of regional industries requires entrepreneurs to use entrepreneurial activities to activate resources and promote income growth.For the ethnic areas of Qinghai Province,local farmers and herdsmen are familiar with the environment and conditions of entrepreneurship and are the main force for local entrepreneurial activities.Although the entrepreneurial organizations in the ethnic areas of Qinghai Province have sprung up after the proposal of "lifting poverty by developing industry",there are currently a large number of entrepreneurial organizations.However,over the years,the development of entrepreneurial organizations has encountered many difficulties and conditions.This will not only have a negative impact on the sustained entrepreneurial will of entrepreneurs,but will even further threaten the continued development of entrepreneurial organizations and hinder the country's poverty alleviation and poverty eradication process.At present,the research on entrepreneurship in the academic world has had a lot of research results.However,because the research objects are mostly college students entrepreneurs,technology transformation entrepreneurs,etc.,there are not many studies on farmers and herdsmen entrepreneurs as research objects.Most of the research content is focused on the impact of the entrepreneurial environment on entrepreneurial willingness,the impact of entrepreneurial ability on entrepreneurial willingness,etc..There is less research on the relationship between entrepreneurial sustainability and entrepreneurial willingness,and the role of entrepreneurial ability.This study is based on the fact that farmers and herdsmen in the province are invited to start their own businesses.It provides theoretical basis and policy suggestions for uncovering the relationship between the three groups,increasing the sustained willingness of entrepreneurs of farmers and herdsmen,and promoting the development of entrepreneurial organizations.On the basis of defining the concept of core variables,this study combines the existing research results with the actual practice of entrepreneurship in the ethnic areas of Qinghai Province,divides the dimensions of the core variables,establishes theoretical models,and puts forward research assumptions.Statistical analysis of field survey data using SPSS21.0 software,It is found that the entrepreneurial environment in Qinghai Province is affecting the entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs,and the entrepreneurial ability of farmers and herdsmen in Qinghai Province is affecting the entrepreneurial willingness.The entrepreneurial ability has an intermediary role before the entrepreneurial environment and the entrepreneurial willingness.According to the conclusion of the research,the author puts forward policy suggestions from two aspects: improving the entrepreneurial environment and improving the entrepreneurial ability of farmers and herdsmen,so as to stimulate the sustained entrepreneurial will of farmers and herdsmen and promote the sustainable development of entrepreneurial activities.
