Study On Countermeasures Of Preventing Rural Population From Returning To Poverty In Wuhua County

In 2022,the central government work report points out: with the precision of poverty tasks completed as scheduled,some poverty households out of poverty is not high,unstable quality lead to the risk of the Chinese,cause all parts there are a number of Chinese population,make it vulnerable to a variety of adverse factors,is likely to become poor again,affected the progress of the rural well-off society in an all-round way.Taking the population vulnerable to returning to poverty in Wuhua County,Meizhou city as the research subject,this paper analyzed the situation of returning to poverty during the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in Wuhua County,combined with questionnaire survey and other methods,and analyzed the demographic characteristics of rural households vulnerable to returning to poverty in Wuhua County.The study found that the rural population vulnerable to poverty in Wuhua county exists: the proportion of the elderly,the infirm and the disabled is large,and the labor burden coefficient is high;Poor households are reluctant to "take off their hats";Vulnerability issues such as low educational attainment and lack of employability skills.The reasons are as follows: poverty alleviation policy needs to be improved;The endogenous driving force for development is not sufficiently stimulated;The government employment skill training mechanism is not perfect;Lack of effective coping mechanisms to resist disasters and epidemics;The foundation of agricultural development is not solid.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following policy suggestions: First,improve the policy guarantee mechanism and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.Second,strengthen the "support for ambition" to help,eradicate ideological poverty.Third,we will improve the government employment skills training mechanism.Fourth,we will improve the mechanism for responding to disasters and epidemics and enhance the ability of people vulnerable to returning to poverty to resist risks.Fifth,we will strengthen agricultural technology transfer and industrial model guidance to consolidate the foundation of agricultural industry development.It provides a powerful reference for the prevention of poverty in Wuhua County.
