The new generation of employees born in the 1990 s has gradually become an important part of enterprise employees and a new force in promoting enterprise development.If we want to effectively motivate the new generation of post-90 s employees and alleviate their high turnover rate,we must combine the social background,family background and technological background of the new generation of post-90 s employees to analyze the personality characteristics and work characteristics of this group that are different from other employees.Explore the incentive needs of this group,and put forward incentive strategies for the new generation of employees after the 90 s,so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and promote the sustainable development of enterprises.As the number of small and medium-sized enterprises continues to rise,the competition among enterprises is more brutal,and the focus of human resource management has gradually been adjusted to the incentive and development of talents.Many of today’s relevant literature and research results are basically based on the analysis of the employee incentive mechanism of large companies,or refer to the employee incentive mechanism of large enterprises to construct and improve various corporate employee incentive mechanisms.To grasp it carefully,taking small and medium-sized enterprises as the main body of analysis,and aiming at the exploration of the incentive mechanism for the post-90 s employees of education investment companies in the post-epidemic era,is relatively insufficient.This paper firstly takes the special period of the post-epidemic era as a research node to study and research the theoretical knowledge and achievements of post-90 s new generation employee incentives at home and abroad;To investigate,analyze,and summarize the problems and reasons of BSH’s current incentive strategy for the new generation of employees born in the 1990s;Combined with the relevant motivation theories and motivation methods at home and abroad,find out the motivation method suitable for the new generation of employees born in the 1990 s in BSH company,and draw a conclusion.The possible innovations and contributions of this paper in the research content are mainly in two points: First,in reviewing the previous literature,most scholars conducted research on the characteristics of employees of different generations,but compared with the new generation of education investment companies.There are few researches on employee incentives.This paper mainly takes BSH company as the main body and the post-90 s new generation employees as the research object,and deeply explores the uniqueness of the new generation employee incentives in the education industry,and makes a certain contribution to academic research in terms of content richness.Second,based on the special period of the "post-epidemic era",this paper studies the new generation of employees born in the 1990 s,and provides new ideas for the management of the new generation of employees in the "post-epidemic era" of related industries.
