The new generation of post-90s generation has become a force that can not be ignored as a labor force in the workplace.They show strongly different working concepts between the 1970s and 1980s,and they not only bring new power to the organization,but also bring management difficulties to managers.The breakthrough of understanding and managing the new generation of the post-90s generation is to work on the work values of the new generation and the influence of their work values in the post-90s generation.This study collected 281 samples from Guangxi,Guangdong,Hunan,Hubei,Shanxi,Anhui and other provinces,using the SPSS23.0 to analysis samples,explore characteristics,causes and outcome variables of the work values of the new generation of 90s employees on intrinsic value,interpersonal relationship and long-term development.We get the following conclusion:compared with 80s work values,the prominent features of the new generation of 90s employees is the pursuit of intrinsic value,namely,job matching interesting,challenging tasks,flexible working style,equal and harmonious relationship between subordinates and colleagues is the focus of their pursuit,and there are internal differences in work values among the new generation of post-90s generation.;the correlation between the intrinsic values and organizational citizenship behavior,organizational commitment,job performance and turnover intention is maximum,highlights the important influence on the intrinsic value of the employee behavior;Then,the reasons for the difference between the new generation and the post-1980s values of the post-90s generation are analyzed by the theory of social change,and the reasons for the formation of these values are analyzed by the theory of the formation period.Factors conclude the macro factors(such as economic growth,education level improvement,Internet popularization,etc.)and micro factors(organizational nature,age and position level).The empirical results in this paper help managers understand the work values of the new generation of post-90s employees.The difference between the new generation of employees' work values and the work values of the older generation of employees makes managers rethink the new management mode.In the end,based on the characteristics of the post-90s generation of the new generation employees,this paper puts forward some beneficial inspiration.
