With the rapid development of global economy and the increasing competitive environment of enterprises,the phenomenon of market competition has become more and more intense.At present,supplier management has become an important means for enterprises to improve their competitiveness,and supplier management is an important management link in the process of supply chain management.Through the use of supplier management,we can reach a good cooperative relationship between manufacturer enterprises and supplier enterprises,so as to better reduce the production cost of enterprises,improve their competitiveness and help enterprises obtain higher economic benefits,so as to promote the rapid development of enterprises.Through supplier management,we can effectively improve the product quality,reduce the enterprise inventory level and shorten the delivery time,which can promote the whole supply chain management.Therefore,supplier management is of great significance to the enterprise strategy and the overall development of the enterprise.DTY auto parts company currently has its own supplier management system.However,with the rapid development of the auto industry in recent years,the competition of auto parts manufacturing enterprises has intensified.Therefore,only by continuously improving its internal strength can it better improve its market competitiveness and bring more development possibilities to the company.Based on the theoretical basis of supplier management,this paper expounds the concept and index system of supplier management,analyzes the supplier management of DTY auto parts company from three aspects: classification management,quality management and performance management,and summarizes the problems existing in the supplier management of DTY auto parts company,such as unscientific supplier management mechanism,low coordination of supplier audit and imperfect planning The supplier performance evaluation index is not objective and comprehensive,and puts forward corresponding improvement schemes from three perspectives: classification standard,quality audit process standard and performance evaluation index system,so as to provide some reference suggestions for the supplier management of DTY auto parts company and other enterprises in China.
