| With the rapid development of modern automobile industry,the requirements for automobile manufacturing and quality are becoming stronger and stronger.People are increasingly pursuing the cost performance of automobiles,which will intensify the competition among manufacturers in the automobile industry.Generally speaking,the parts purchased from Suppliers account for about 80% of the automobile cost.Therefore,optimizing and improving the automobile parts supply group and establishing a benign supplier competition system have become the top priority of the automobile industry,that is,supplier management has become the current research hotspot of the automobile industry.D auto parts company,as a typical auto parts enterprise,its parts purchased from Suppliers account for more than 75% of the company’s cost.It is also faced with the situation that supplier management needs to be optimized.In view of the practical problems of supplier management in the above automobile industry,this paper first makes a detailed investigation on the current situation of supplier management cooperated by D automobile parts company,and makes a detailed investigation on its current situation of supplier management,supplier classification management,new supplier development and review,advanced product quality planning of parts,supplier incentive The management status and system of elimination and competition system are described.and believes that there are some problems,such as chaotic supplier classification,uneven supplier product quality,poor incentive effect of supplier performance evaluation,and weak supplier cooperation relationship.In view of the existing problems,taking the supplier classification management as the premise,this paper mainly gives the countermeasures from four aspects: procurement system management,supplier quality assurances,supplier performance and incentive,relationship establishment and improvement,and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.This study has practical guiding significance for the parts supplier management of D auto parts company,and provides reference and practical guidance for other domestic auto parts enterprises to pay attention to supplier management,correctly and effectively implement supplier management and improve the competitiveness of the parties in the client. |
