V Company Test Equipment Supplier Management Optimization Research

With the continuous improvement and development of the automobile industry,the reliability of automobile quality is the carrier of its performance,which is an important indicator for the whole vehicle factory.However,for auto parts enterprises,finish the product validation test on time is an important premise for auto parts enterprises to get the order from the whole vehicle factory.Therefore,the timeliness and quality of the suppliy of test equipment have significant development significance for auto parts enterprises.This article first reviews the status of supplier management at home and abroad and then expounds the basic theory of supplier management as the theoretical support.From the test equipment supply situation of V company in recent years,and through the cases and data summed up V company equipment suppliers low qualification rate problem.And then analyzes three reasons lead to this problem,first is V company did not establish perfect test equipment vendor selection system,second is V company had no performance evaluation was carried out on the test equipment suppliers and third is V company did not establish test equipment supplier relationship in a supply chain perspective.Eventually give corresponding supplier management countermeasures,and puts forward the V company should first perfect test equipment vendor selection system,secondly to perfect the performance appraisal of the test equipment suppliers,finally proposed V company to supply chain perspective to build a relationship with suppliers.Finally,it helps V company to resolve the low qualification rate supply of test equipment problem.Through the study of this article,hope to provide an effective method for V company test equipment supplier management,and provide reference for the other companies of the auto parts industry in test equipment supplier management.
