Research On The Tourist Experience-based Countermeasures For Leisure Agriculture Development In Yingde City

With the change of leisure consumption concept,more and more urban residents choose to return to purity and simplicity,return to rural areas and nature.However,Yingde City leisure agriculture started late,various supporting facilities and services are backward,tourists’ sense of experience is not strong,and their satisfaction is not pretty,which restricts the development of leisure agriculture.How to use full advantages of the main role of government,enterprises,farmers and tourists in leisure agriculture and guide the sustainable and healthy development of leisure agriculture has become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper analyzes the problems facing the development of leisure agriculture development in Yingde City,Guangdong Province from the perspective of tourist experience,by applying fundamental theories including experience economy and customer satisfaction and research methods such as literature review,survey research,and empirical analysis.It focuses on the relationship among tourism experience,tourist satisfaction,and tourism innovation of leisure agriculture tourists in Yingde,as well as their mutual impacts.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for leisure agriculture development in Yingde based on the above.It is concluded through analysis and research that the tourism experience,sensory experience,emotional experience,service experience,action experience,and correlation experience of tourists who have experienced leisure agriculture in Yingde produce a significant positive effect on their satisfaction;and that tourism innovation produces a mediating effect on the relationship between tourism experience and tourist satisfaction.The analysis results indicated that the service experience of leisure agriculture tourists in this city has the biggest impact on tourist satisfaction and then action experience;that tourism experience will improve tourist satisfaction through the mediating effect of tourism innovation.On this basis,the following measures and approaches are proposed in this paper.And the satisfaction of tourists should be increased by improving their tourism experience.The government of Yingde City should fulfill its function of public administration,provide more support for leisure agriculture,and take the path to sustainable development and differentiated development.Related enterprises in Yingde should increase publicity and develop the tourist source market,by improving their brand image and diversifying leisure agriculture.Farmers of this city should optimize and upgrade new projects and service quality.By analyzing the development of leisure agriculture in Yingde City and summarizing the problems that arise from the current development,this paper provides a reference for the development of leisure agriculture,the fulfillment of the government’s public administration function,the improvement of enterprises’ ability to lead and farmers’ innovation capability,among others.
