Firstly,this paper analyzes the new development situation of wealth management business in domestic securities industry,compares the development characteristics of wealth management business among different securities firms,summarizes the common development mode and management countermeasures,summarizes the key success factors of wealth management business transformation,summarizes the opportunities and threats faced by China Merchants Securities Wealth Management in the external environment,and then analyzes the internal resources and capabilities of China Merchants Securities Wealth Management in detail,and puts forward a new competitive strategy based on SWOT analysis.The external environmental opportunities and threats facing the wealth management business of China Merchants Securities coexist.The rapid development of China’s economy and good policies are the basis of the development of wealth management business.At the same time,with the change of residents’ concept of asset allocation and the background of science and technology,wealth management business transformation has become a development trend.China Merchants Securities,by virtue of its natural advantages close to the capital market,has a wealth advisory team that far exceeds the industry average and a large amount of investment in science and technology,comprehensively builds its core competitiveness: from the product supply,combining its own market research and product research and development advantages,strengthen the ability of institutional services,ensure the supply of core quality products,and create a perfect product operation system.From the team building,by platforming the wealth consultant,the first-line wealth consultant can provide standardized service to the customer by using a variety of centralized tools,so as to improve the service level of the wealth consultant.In order to improve the customer’s service experience,excavate the customer’s demand deeply,use big data as the client’s portrait,so as to realize the accurate marketing and improve the customer’s value contribution.Through the research,this paper holds that the wealth management business of China Merchants Securities can choose the strategy of high difference positioning by meeting the needs of high net worth people.On the basis of meeting the transaction needs and investment needs of users,we can optimize the asset structure of customers,reduce the fluctuation of assets caused by market cycle,and realize the stable growth of customer assets by providing asset allocation services.Finally achieve the purpose of stabilizing the company’s revenue source.
