With the rapid development of agriculture and rural economy and the steady improvement of people’s living standards, the demand for agricultural products and requirements are constantly changing. Fiercer competition of agricultural products market coming out, especially foreign agricultural products enter the domestic market, makes China’s agricultural products market competition exacerbated. Livestock industry is a relatively small difference in the industry in which the entry threshold is low while the market demand is large, meanwhile the risk and opportunity coexist. It is an effective way to accomplish the sustainable development of the animal husbandry company:giving full play to the policy advantages, convergence poverty policy precisely, pushing rural retail and expanding the scale rapidly, avoid market risks reasonably, meeting the market demand, and developing the ecological agriculture and animal husbandry. This theory is precisely based on this point of view and the following data. Thorough investigation and study of the country and Guangxi animal husbandry industry development situation, combining the GS animal husbandry company internal conditions, the SWOT matrix to develop the company’s overall development strategy, with the company development strategy and competitive strategy, according to the development strategy formulated the strategic implementation measures and safeguard measures, to show the purpose of the article is what to guide the company to grow and become company development the guiding ideology and the strategic discussion.Firstly, from the supplier bargaining power, new entrants, substitute, peer competition, and the buyer bargaining power the paper analyses the industry environment. Secondly, from the market capacity, the relationship between supply and demand, consumption, and market distribution the paper shows the external environment of GS company of animal husbandry development. Thirdly, from the aspects of economic environment, national policy environment, animal husbandry and veterinary technology and environmental requirements which analysis the company’s macro competitive environment. Moreover the final analysis of the industry environment for the development of the company’s development strategy provide supports.The article’s analysis of the company’s internal environment, the company’s core competitiveness are based on the company’s basic situation, project resources, investment management status. According to the internal and external environment, the establishment of SWOT matrix, to develop the company’s overall development strategy and corporate level strategy and competition strategy. Seven aspects of the development of the measures are used to ensure the implementation of the strategy. For example, with constructed from the beef cattle breeding and cultivation, the brand building and dissemination, marketing channels and marketing strategies in four areas to develop measures of implementation of strategy, from the strategies to improve the implementation of the organization, strengthening financial management, and strengthening performance incentives and two others.Finally, the paper puts forward the conclusion and prospect of the study:the study of the development strategy of the company is a systematic project, due to the limit of data completeness and ability of the author, the research still need to be furtherly carried.This paper is a plan to facilitate a better production guidance which studies the company’s development strategy and does not specify the implementation details.
